BLINTZ CASSEROLE 
12 frozen cheese blintzes
1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Melt butter to cover 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Put 12 frozen blintzes in pan. Beat together eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour egg mixture over blintzes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
