CLASSIC CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 tsp. cooking sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 chicken breasts; cooked and thinly slice (18 slices)

Cook broccoli in boiling salted water; drain. Melt butter and blend in flour. Add chicken broth. Cook and stir until thick. Stir in cream, sherry, salt and dash of pepper. Place broccoli crosswise in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour half the sauce over broccoli. Top with chicken. To remaining sauce, add cheese. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then broil until sauce is golden.
