CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 c. sliced, cooked chicken or 3 chicken breasts, cooked & boned (I use leftover turkey also)
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Arrange stalks in greased 11 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 12" baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Trim with pimiento strips if desired.
