GERMAN POTATO CASSEROLE 
10 med. potatoes
1/4 lb. bacon
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. salad dressing
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Dash of paprika
Dash of pepper
Dash of salt (optional)

Boil potatoes in lightly salted water until tender. Cut into cubes. Fry bacon and break into pieces. Mix bacon grease with salad dressing and cheese, paprika, and pepper. Mix with onion and potatoes. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
