CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. oatmeal
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts

Cream together well the butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix. Measure out oatmeal, then in blender whip small amounts until powdery, making oatmeal flour. Mix together with flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix all ingredients together and add chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Bake in 1" to 1 1/2" balls about 2" apart for 6 minutes at 375 degrees. Flatten out the ball of cookie dough before baking. May take longer than 6 minutes depending on your oven.
