MOIST NO-EGG CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
1 c. Crisco oil

Mix in large bowl flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Make a well. Add vinegar, vanilla, water and oil. Mix well. Put into a greased 9x13 pan (I make 1/2 dozen cupcakes also, otherwise the cake is very high). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, cupcakes less.
