TENNESSEE BERRY CRISPS 
3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 qt. fresh blackberries or raspberries, washed & hulled
2 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside. Place berries in a 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.

Makes 6 servings.
