SALMON SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon (pink or red)
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped relish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients (flaking salmon). Chill. Serve on lettuce or in hollowed tomato. 4 servings.
