CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. boneless chicken
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. noodles
3 c. milk
Cornstarch
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated

Cut bacon into small pieces and brown, then drain. Cut chicken into small pieces and brown lightly. After bacon and chicken are brown, mix both and simmer in milk for 10 minutes. While bacon and chicken are simmering, cook noodles. After chicken and bacon have simmered 10 minutes, thicken into a gravy with cornstarch.

Mix noodles and chicken and place in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Place grated cheese on top and bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
