REUBENOFF CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. noodles romanoff 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds, if desired 1/2 lb. corned beef, chopped (or ham may be sub.) 2-3 slices Swiss cheese 1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Stir in caraway seeds. In 1 1/2 quart baking dish, layer 1/2 noodles, corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut. Top with remaining noodles (and more cheese if desired). Cover. Bake 25 minutes. 4 servings. Good with salad and rye bread. |
