CHINESE FOO YONG HAY 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. ground pork, cooked & drained
1/4 lb. cooked, shelled shrimp (opt.)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. cooking oil
4 green onions, thinly sliced (opt.)

In bowl, beat eggs, sugar, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in ground pork, shrimp, celery and onions. Stir in flour. Heat oil in 10" skillet or griddle and drop mixture by 1/3 cup quantities. Saute over low to medium heat about 2 minutes per side until light brown.
