PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 heaping c. miniature marshmallows
1 med. carton thawed frozen whipped topping

Dissolve dry pudding in pineapple. Add nuts, marshmallows, whipped topping. Chill overnight.
