MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Pour into greased pan (preferably a black iron skillet). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
