MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix
3/4 c. oil
1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. Owens pan sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, ground
2 cans cream style corn
Velveeta cheese

Cook meat until the red is out. Drain and cool. To eggs add cornbread mix, oil, onion, pepper, 2 cans corn and meat. Pour into large baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Cut chunks of cheese and scatter in mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
