LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. (sm.) lime Jello
Juice of one lemon
1/2 c. sugar

Put on stove and heat until Jello dissolves. Whip whipping cream and add 1/2 cup sugar. Add 1 cup grated carrots, 1 cup grated cheese. Add all of this together and refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
