LIME JELLO SALAD 
16 lg. marshmallows
1 c. minus 2 tbsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
1/2 c. crushed nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Place marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler and heat until marshmallows are melted. Add Jello, stir until dissolved, add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add pineapple (also nuts and coconut if desired) and chill until partially thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 pan (or mold). Chill until firm.
