VEGETABLE LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lasagna noodles, you need about 12
1 lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. can mushrooms, cut up
2 sm. zucchini, cut up
2 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 can black olive slices
Butter

Cook noodles as directed on package. Saute onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini in butter until tender. Remove from heat, add olives. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

Alternate layers of noodles, sauce, vegetable mixture, and cheese until all ingredients are used. Place at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts. You may substitute, delete, or add vegetables, depending on what you like to eat.
