1 lg. container cottage cheese
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Add eggs and salt to cottage cheese in a bowl, add flour to make manageable dough. Roll dough into long sausage like roll. Cut dough into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Drop into boiling water. Boil 3-4 minutes. When they float to top, they are done. Drain and smother with melted butter and onions, that have been browned.
