SHRIMP MOLD 
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm. can bay shrimp
1 pkg. gelatin dissolved in 3 tbsp. water

Combine mayonnaise, soup, and cream cheese in saucepan on low heat. Stir until smooth. Add to sauce: celery, onions, shrimp, and dissolved gelatin. Pour into mold sprayed with Pam. Chill about 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
