TURKEY DIP 
2 c. shredded turkey
1 stalk celery
1 clove garlic
1 hard cooked egg
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. mayonnaise

Blend all ingredients together in an electric blender.Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
