HARRIETT'S HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ham (ground)
1 lb. pork (ground)
1/2 lb. beef (ground)
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients together (but do not heat). Put meat mixture in loaf pan. Pour liquid mixture over meat. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 8 to 10 people.
