2 c. boiled macaroni
1 green pepper
1 can Spam (can use leftover ham)
1 med. onion
1/2 lb. cheese

Pour 1/2 cup milk (hot) and 1/2 cup butter over 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs. Add 4 eggs beaten well. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a large pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours, slow oven, or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cover top of hot dish with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Bake 15 minutes. Can add ripe olives to garnish. Serves 6-8.
