PINEAPPLE - CHEESE SALAD RING 
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. whipped cream
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. grated pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt

Rub cottage cheese through a sieve; add salt. Soak gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water. Add cheese; mix well. Add mayonnaise, pineapple, and cream. Chill in ring until firm. When ready, unmold, and serve with a dressing of mayonnaise plus little lemon juice and a little whipped cream. Use fresh fruit in center of ring.
