BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch morsels
1 1/3 stick butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt morsels and butter; add crumbs and nuts; mix well. press half mixture firmly in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, add egg, beat well, add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pan, add remaining crumbs; bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees. Cool. Place in refrigerator before cutting.
