BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESE CAKE 
12 oz. butterscotch morsels
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 c. chopped walnuts

In top of double boiler, melt butter and morsels. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half mixture firmly in bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

In large bowl beat cream cheese (softened) until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well. Pour in pan. Top with remaining crumb mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes (toothpick comes out clean). Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 1/2 hours or so before cutting into bars. Store refrigerated.
