ITALIAN SALAD 
1 to 1 1/2 c. good Italian dressing
3 bunches of assorted greens
1/2 red onion, slivered
2 bell peppers (red or green) in chunks
1 cucumber, halved and shred
12 to 15 fresh mushrooms
1/2 can pitted black olives
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 to 2 cups large cooked pasta, chilled
12 to 15 slices, halved pepperoni
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Wash and tear greens. Add chopped veggies. In a separate bowl combine beans, olives and cooked pasta. Add a good garlicy Italian dressing and marinate for at least 1/2 hour. At serving time add pepperoni, marinated veggies and the dressing and toss lightly. Sprinkle fresh Parmesan cheese on top.
