BANANA POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a bundt cake pan with Pam. In large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Place eggs, bananas and vanilla into blender. Blend at high speed until thoroughly blended. Add mixture in blender to mixture in mixing bowl. Beat these ingredients together at low speed.

In small mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Slowly add dry ingredients to banana mixture, mixing at low speed. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Place batter into prepared bundt pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, until cake tester inserted in cake comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes; turn out of pan and cool completely. If desired, serve sprinkled with confectioners' sugar.
