LINGUICA BEANS 
1 lb. linguica
2 lb. pinto beans
1 bell pepper
1 yellow onion
1 garlic clove
Ground cumin
Salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Loaf of French bread

Rinse beans until clean, place in pot filled with water, cook until tender. While beans are browning, add 1 tablespoon of ground cumin, salt to taste and 1 can tomato sauce. Cut up linguica into 1/2 slices. Chop bell pepper, onion, garlic, brown in a skillet together. Add to beans, cook another 30-40 minutes. Slice French bread and you have a wonderful meal.
