3/4 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. Gorgonzola or Blue cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Great served with asparagus chicken salad. Yield: 1 cup.
