2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. ready-to-bake refrigerated biscuits
Flour for dipping bottom of glass
Combine melted butter and minced onion. Let mixture stand a few minutes. Arrange biscuits on ungreased baking sheet. Using the bottom of a floured jelly glass, make a depression in the center of each biscuit. Biscuits will flatten and rise up around the edge to make a low "rim." Sprinkle each depression with onion-butter mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are done and the onion is toasted. Serve warm. Makes 10 biscuits.
