PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. cooked macaroni
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add beef and onion and cook, stirring with a fork to break up meat until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Add macaroni and spaghetti sauce. Stir to blend.

In a 2-quart casserole, layer noodle mixture alternately with cheese and pepperoni ending up with a layer of cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
