APPLE - BLUEBERRY CRISP 
Mix in a 9 x 13 pan:

3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 c. pie sliced apples
1/4 c. sugar or sugar substitute
2 tbsp. oat bran

TOPPING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar (OR brown sugar substitute equivalent to 1 c.)
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. uncooked oatmeal

Mix together and spread over fruit mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 8 at 208 calories per serving when made with sugar substitute.

Works well with fresh or frozen peaches, too.
