PATISHIO - GREEK LASAGNA 
Ziti or any other similar noodles
1 onion
butter
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Oil
2 lbs. or more ground beef
Tomato sauce
Flour
Milk
Parmesan cheese

To your taste.

Step 1: Boil ziti as usual and drain.

Step 2: While ziti is boiling, cut the onion in a pot. Put in salt, pepper and garlic, 3 teaspoons butter and 1/4 oil. Saute until soft. Then put in the ground beef, mix until it turns a different color. Then put in 1 can tomato sauce, 2 cans water; mix. Let it boil until it thickens.

Step 3: In a different pot, put in 2 cups milk. Let it boil. While the milk is boiling, in a dish mix 1 cup water with 2 tablespoons flour; mix until thickens. Then put the mixture in with the milk, then put in 2 eggs, Parmesan cheese (1/3 cup) and a little salt. Mix this together. Then let it boil until it thickens.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Take a pan, grease it with butter. Put 1/2 of the ziti in the pan, cover it with the ground beef mixture. Then on the top put the other 1/2 of the ziti, cover that with the milk mixture. Cook about an hour or until the milk mixture turns golden brown. Then serve and enjoy!!
