LIL'S MEXICAN/ITALIAN LASAGNA 
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. fennel seeds
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
12 cooked lasagna noodles

Brown ground beef, onions, fennel seeds and add to spaghetti sauce. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

In a 9x13 baking dish, layer:

(1) sauce

(2) noodles

(3) Cheddar cheese

(4) noodles

(5) Mozzarella

(6) noodles

(7) remainder of sauce

Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees or until top is brown. Excellent lasagna with a very different taste.
