JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3 c. cornbread mix
2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. canned cream style corn
1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento

Mix all ingredients together; pour into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. Freezes well.
