BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. bread, packed (8 slices of bread cut in sm. cubes)
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. milk

Beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk. Blend real good. Place bread cubes in a 9 x 13 inch pan, then pour the above mixture over the bread cubes. Add coconut and raisins. Stir real well. Dot with butter. Put 9 x 13 inch pan of bread pudding in a pan of water. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
