BRAN MUFFINS 
3/4 oz. bran cereal, crushed
1/3 c. dry powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar substitute
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 med. banana, mashed

Mix the bran cereal, powdered milk, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

You can have all 4 muffins: 1 bread, 1 milk, 1 protein, 1 fat, 1 fruit.
