MINCEMEAT BANANA BREAD 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. mincemeat
1/4 c. brandy
3 c. unsifted flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn oil
1 egg

Grease and flour a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan; set aside. Break up mincemeat in a small bowl; add brandy and soak until soft. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Beat together bananas, corn syrup, milk, sugar, corn oil and egg in a large bowl. Beat in mincemeat. Mix in flour mixture. Turn into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove from pan cool completely.
