3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
