BRAN MUFFINS 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 c. milk
1 c. raisins
2 c. flour
1 c. bran (whole, all pure bran)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Stir together thoroughly. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Store in refrigerator up to 10 days. Bake in cupcake papers in microwave or in conventional oven. Best if batter is made the day before.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
