CHILI SAUCE 
5 qt. tomatoes
3 c. brown sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 green peppers, ground
2 red peppers, ground
6 lg. onions, ground
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice

Crush tomatoes after peeling. Add all ingredients and cook until thick. Then bottle and cold pack for 10 minutes.
