3/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/3 c. butter, melted Combine peanuts, graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. (Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture for garnish.) Press remainder of crumb mixture into 9 inch spring-form pan. Chill crust for 20 minutes. FILLING: 2/3 c. creamy peanut butter 12 oz. cream cheese, softened 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 4 1/2 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
