PEANUT BUTTER PIE (CHEESECAKE) | |
8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 c. peanut butter 12 oz. Cool Whip 1 pkg. Honey Maid grahams 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. softened butter Blend in first 4 ingredients, then fold in 12 ounce Cool Whip. Put into cooled graham cracker crust and place in freezer until firm. Graham cracker crust: Blend last 3 ingredients into a 9 inch pie pan. (Easy to form by pressing 8 inch pie pan on top.) Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Enjoy! |
