CHEESE CAKE PIES 
2 tbsp. flour
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
5 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

With electric mixer, mix cheese until creamy. Add sugar and flour, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add milk and vanilla. Bake in graham cracker crust or regular crust at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes two 8-inch pies. Cook for 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and mix well. Spread on top of cooled pies. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
