CHICKEN & RICE DINNER 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 chicken, cut in serving pieces
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

Spread rice over the bottom of a greased casserole or cake pan. Add chicken pieces and salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion soup over this. Add 1 can full of milk to soup and pour over the casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
