CHICKEN & RICE DINNER 
1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
16 oz. can peas, drained
2 pkg. yellow saffron rice
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 lg. jar pimentos
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion
Garlic powder or garlic salt to taste

Cook chicken, debone and save broth. Cook rice in about 1 cup of broth and drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and add broth to desired thickness.
