CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER 
1 c. rice
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 cut-up chicken
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans Veg-All

Place rice in a 9x13 inch pan, pour Veg-All on top, next the chicken. Sprinkle the soup mix, mix soup with water. Pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
