MISSISSIPPI MUD BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except nuts, coconut and marshmallows. Beat. Fold in nuts and coconut. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. (Do not over bake). Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows while hot. Bake 5 more minutes. Cool and ice.

ICING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2-2 powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Note: This recipe freezes well. Can be refrigerated for a week or more. it also is a good dessert with ice cream topping.
