MISSISSIPPI MUD BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
4 beaten eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. milk
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter. Add sugar, cocoa, flour and eggs. Fold in coconut and pecans. Pour in 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately spread 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme. Let cool.

Frosting: Melt over low heat - butter, chocolate and milk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over marshmallow creme.
