CHOCOLATE BOURBON PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. bourbon or rum
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, finely chopped
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Whipped cream for topping

Beat eggs and gradually add sugar. Add butter and bourbon and blend in cornstarch. Stir in pecans and chocolate. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and serve topped with whipped cream. Excellent warm.
